Do you ship worldwide?

Yes I do! The only exception is the European Union due to new laws and regulations on VAT. EU customers please order on my Etsy store

My shop is based in London, United Kingdom. 

 

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) and I always try to ship them as soon as possible. As I manage everything myself sometimes it will take me 5 working days to ship your order, thank you so much for your patience and understanding! 

 

Can I track my order?

Tracked shipping upgrade is available at checkout. The default standard shipping method does not include tracking.

If you have purchased tracked shipping, your tracking number will be emailed to you once order has been shipped. 

 

Can I combine my orders?

Yes please email me within 48 hours with both order numbers, any excess shipping costs will be refunded. 

 

Can I change the address of my order?

Yes of course if the order has not been shipped yet. Please email me referencing your order number and the new address.

Please note, if the address change includes a change in country, there may be additional shipping costs. 

 

Can I cancel my order?

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. 

 

I have received my order, but there is something wrong :( What should I do? 

I always try my best to pack everything safely and with care, however occasionally there may be damages incurred during transport or missing items.

Please email me referencing your order number and provide as much detail as possible on the issue including any photos and I will work to resolve to the best of my ability. 

 

Do you do custom orders or print sizes?

No I do not currently offer any custom orders or sizes on my prints.
